 What is an insurance backed guarantee? An insurance backed guarantee can be applied for by the contractor once works have been completed. Running alongside a company guarantee, this covers the customer in any event that the company who completed your works ceases trading. This can be a valuable asset to both roofers and their customers. An insurance backed guarantee boosts customers confidence with homeowners knowing they have extra protection. Insurance backed guarantees are available for a period of up to 10 years and are always backed by an authorised insurer. Lots of companies offer their own company guarantee. However, if the company ceases trading this guarantee will be void. The UK's £46 million crime that's crippling tradespeople

 4 in 5 tradespeople in the UK have experienced tool theft! Thieves and thugs are targeting tradespeople to steal expensive tools, leaving tradespeople in the UK reporting losses of thousands of pounds.
